"I'm a certified personal trainer with a Master's degree in Exercise Physiology." "I've been Serving the Louisville, KY and Southern Indiana areas for over 6 years with my on-site personal training.

My clients include individuals, businesses and organizations, ranging from adolescents to professional athletes to the elderly.
